Carl Karl

Carl Karl is the hapless yet loyal assistant and cameraman of Major Monogram on Phineas and Ferb. He previously worked as an intern at the O.W.C.A. for college credit.

He is voiced by Tyler Alexander Mann.

Personality

Carl showed an interest in poetry but quickly got shut down by Monogram, who reminded him that they were spies. He seems irritated when Monogram insists on cooking a bagpipe after mistakenly using the word but still goes out to get him one at his request.

Physical Appearance

Carl is a young man with pale skin, freckles, and deep green eyes. He has short, curly red hair, and wears a pair of thick-framed yellow glasses and also wears a pair of thick-framed purple glasses. Carl wears a white shirt with three buttons and an upturned collar over a pair of brown pants with brown and white sneakers.

History

In Agee Ientee Diogee, in the past, Carl wrongly reassures Monogram that Diogee is the agent they were expecting, claiming he looked different than his profile because his eyes were covered. He later decides that they looked like two completely different dogs.

In The Ticking Clock, he gets new glasses that Major Momogram does not like.

In Sick Day, he makes Agent P cookies.
