Clancy Brown provides the voice of both Javier and Mr. Blunt on Milo Murphy's Law. He is an American actor whose deep voice has landed him numerous roles as a villain and as a voice actor for many animated television series and video games.
As a voice actor he is probably best known as Mr. Krabs on SpongeBob SquarePants, or as Lex Luthor in various DC animated projects.
He also provided the voices of a few one-shot characters on Dan and Swampy's other hit television series, Phineas and Ferb, including the unnamed dream sergeant in "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted" and The Regurgitator in "Oh, There You Are, Perry".
