Eileen Galindo is an American voice actress who previously voiced Vivian Garcia-Shapiro on Phineas and Ferb.
Eileen was born in the Bronx in New York and has been acting since age 14. Although an accomplished stage and screen actress, Eileen is most passionate about her work in children's television, especially animation.
Galindo provided the voice of Gretchen in "School Dance", and the voice of Zelda in an "Picture Day".
