Fuller seems to be literal whenever possible and positive and Hastings seems to be tougher and act more strict while on cases.
Physical Appearance
They both wear standard blue police uniforms with golden badges on their shirts and hats.
History
In "Ride Along Little Doggie", their K-9 partner, Rex, was taken hostage by Zippy for 400 pounds of eucalyptus leaves. When they find Diogee in their car, they assume he is a K9 officer to help with their assignment.
They later chase Zippy, riding a motorcycle with Rex tied up, across the streets of Danville. But when Zippy rides through a pipe, they stop and get some coffee and donuts and a cafe. Diogee then finds where Zippy was keeping Diogee. They praise him for this, but Diogee walks out. This drives their attention away from Zippy, who then sneaks away.
