Jeffrey K. Marsh also known as Jeff "Swampy" Marsh and Swampy (born December 9, 1960) is an American animator, writer, director, producer, and voice actor associated with several animated television series. He portrays the voice of Major Monogram in the Disney XD cartoons Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law, both of which he co-created with Dan Povenmire. In Milo Murphy's Law, he also voices Balthazar Cavendish, Cavenpuss, Armory Security Guard, Lieutenant Tennant, and Mantel.
From the show's inception, Marsh has been one of the main songwriters for the series, along with Dan Povenmire as well as Martin Olson.
Previously, he was a director and one of the writers of the '90s nicktoon Rocko's Modern Life and storyboard artist for longest-running Fox cartoon The Simpsons
