Kevin Michael Richardson is an American voice actor, best known for his roles as Gantu in the Lilo and Stitch franchise, Robert Hawkins in Static Shock, Shredder in the Nickelodeon version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and The Joker in The Batman.
He voices Coach Nolan Mitchell on Milo Murphy's Law. He also provided the voice of Fred the Janitor.[1]
