Mark Richard Hamill is an American actor, voice actor and writer, most famous for his portrayal of Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars movies and the Joker in Batman: The Animated Series as well as the Arkham video games and many other projects as Joker.
Hamill provides the voice of Mr. Block.
