Rolf Peter Ingvar Storm, known professionally as Peter Stormare (born August 27, 1953) is a Swedish actor, voice actor, theatre director, playwright, and musician. He also voiced Whiplash in Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel.
Peter provided the voice of Tobias Trollhammer in Milo Murphy's Law.
