Philip "Phil" LaMarr is an American voice actor, and former improv and sketch comedy guy.
While known for his live-action ventures, including being a member of the comedy group The Groundlings and a cast member of MADtv, he made his name as a very well known voice actor. Some of his most notable roles include The Green Lantern in Justice League, Hermes Conrad in Futurama, the title characters in both Samurai Jack and Static Shock, Marcus Connor from The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, and Wilt from Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends.
LaMarr provides the voices of Marcus Underwood and Cornelius Underwood in this series.
