Robert Alan "Rob" Morrow is an American actor and director, most famous for his portrayal of "Dr. Joel Fleischman" in Northern Exposure. He is also known for his portrayal of "Dick Goodwin" in Quiz Show, "Abe Leonard" in Designated Survivor and "Rick Hayes" in Last Dance.
For Disney, he voiced a Flea Market Salesman in the Phineas and Ferb episode "Tri-State Treasure: Boot of Secrets" and "Bernie" in the Phineas and Ferb episode "Lost in Danville". He voiced Mr. Brulee in the Milo Murphy's Law episode "Family Vacation".
