Well, many people said that Doof wanted to see Cavendish in platypus body, since he could copy-and-paste himself in "Run Away Runway". He can do the same things with Cavendish, but it's like you can't copy-and-paste something does not exist or at least available. The Clone-inator does much better, it decrypts the DNA of Cavendish, then clone him based on the decrypted datas.
How could you copy Cavendish when he "went rogue"?
