:Although I still feel that the inclusion of the image is not needed, I'd rather not take it up with the entire community as it seems like a nuisance that can be avoided if I just yield. Also, what is your reasoning behind removing the external link? It doesn't bother me when someone doesn't manually edit a page. What bothered me was that you removed the external link without giving any reason for it. [[User:Vozhan|-Vozhan ]] ([[User talk:Vozhan|talk]]) 23:06, January 9, 2020 (UTC)

Image

The image currently being used is a screen-cap from Phineas and Ferb, not Milo Murphy's Law. This wiki is centered around Milo Murphy's Law, so why are we using this image of him? If he didn't appear in the show, don't use an image of him. It's a pretty simple concept, and I'm not sure how it translates to "pretend we don't know what he looks like" -Vozhan (talk) 22:38, January 7, 2020 (UTC)

Hey, Vozhan! Welcome to the wiki!

While we have put quite a few rules in place over the years about this sort of thing (The amount of PnF info allowed on the wiki that doesn't relate to the show, etc), this one is an exception as a unique case. In the case of wiki pages, and web design in general, it's always better to use an image when one is available. On top of that, we're lucky to have Jeremy's full appearance available to us, and might as well take advantage of it on the wiki, as we would with any other character who is mentioned/appeared in the show, regardless of the nature of the cameo.

All that aside, having an image of Jeremy on his page makes him easier to find when searching through characters, and makes both his page and character easier to identify for fans both new and old.

About reverting your edit: I was aware that I was reverting more than just the image. I'll edit it manually next time, now that I know it bothers you.

As far as valid reasons for revisions go, my reason was valid enough. I gave a full description explaining why I undid the edit, and I gave you instructions on where to go if you wanted to discuss the topic of your edit. In this community, we're always open to mature, friendly conversations on any topic surrounding the wiki, and decisions are made by the community as a whole.

On this note, you're welcome to ask everyone their opinions on the matter. If the community agrees that it makes more sense to leave Jeremy's picture off the wiki, you're free to remove it. Otherwise, we'll keep it the way it was.
