My bad. I was trying to be as accurate as possible, but yeah, it has to be better. For the sake of the wiki! Want me to help? It was my work.

That would be good, yes. Sometimes accuracy or completeness or consistency of format should be sacrificed in favour of usability. When the format impels us to insert an excess of scene headers is one such occasion. But do not be too hard on yourself. Your work around the wiki and on transcripts has been commendable. Revision as of 22:12, 28 May 2018

This transcript has far too many scene headers. Sixty-four of them are excessive for any episode, let alone a quarter-hour. I recommend in general that we not insert scene headers for every single shot, but for every change in scene, i.e., larger location within the story. For instance, the desert landscape where the children are at the beginning would be one scene header; the football field would be another, &c.

Further, I recommend in general that we gather multiple very short scenes (say, ten seconds or shorter) under a single heading. For "The Llama Incident", we could replace headers 3-15 with a single one, saying, "Diverse flashbacks", or something to that effect; if necessary, we could specify the scene of the flashback in an Action (an italic line in parentheses).

I'll probably take care of this later in the week. I haven't been to the wiki in a while, because I have been consumed by other projects. WestWindbag (talk) 06:02, May 28, 2018 (UTC)
