I'm not sure I'd say the time stream is different in Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law. Apart from the tings in the time stream such as the title of the destined time, the equations (which might be more symbolic of progress over time), the swirling background triangles and lack of light at the end of the tunnel, Phineas and Ferb seems to have essentially the same effect. Both are bounded by a black helix with a background of changing hues with spotted points of light, and a clock even floats by Phineas and Ferb.
