Vincent Martella is an American voice actor, best known for his role as Phineas Flynn on the Disney XD/Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb. He played Greg Wuliger on the UPN/The CW sitcom Everybody Hates Chris and The Scoop in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. He also voiced Hope Estheim in the 2010 video game Final Fantasy XIII and it's sequels Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.

He provides the voice of Bradley Nicholson on Milo Murphy's Law, though he reprised his role as Phineas Flynn in the crossover between the two shows.
